Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your city. Under our current shipping policy:
- Lahore: usually within 3 working days.
- Other cities in Punjab: usually within 5 working days.

Preparing your home
Before delivery day:
- Measure the narrowest point on the route to the room: the main door, any internal doors, stair turns and the lift if you live in an apartment.
- Choose a spot near a wall socket, out of direct sunlight, with about 25 to 35 cm of space behind the chair for it to recline.
- Clear a path and protect delicate flooring if needed.

On delivery day
Most chairs arrive largely assembled. Usually only a few parts, such as the armrests or footrest, need fitting. Check the carton for visible damage before signing, and test the chair once it is in place. If anything is missing or damaged, take photos and contact us straight away so we can arrange a replacement part or unit.
Apartments, stairs and narrow streets
Delivery in Pakistani cities brings its own challenges, and a little planning prevents problems on the day.
Apartments. Measure the lift door and the inside of the lift. If the carton will not fit, the chair may need to be carried up the stairs, so let us know the floor number when you order.
Older houses. Narrow staircases and tight turns are common in older areas. Measure the narrowest point and send us a photo.
Narrow lanes. If a delivery vehicle cannot reach your door, tell us the nearest accessible point so the team can plan.
Gated communities. Inform your security office in advance so the delivery team is not held at the gate.
Unboxing and setting up
Keep the packaging until you have checked that everything works; it is useful if a part needs to be returned. Place the chair on a level floor, away from direct sunlight and heaters, close enough to a socket that the cable is not stretched. Run one full programme to make sure the rollers, airbags and heat all work, and contact us straight away if anything does not.
After delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, including smaller towns. Delivery to remote areas may take longer within the stated window, and a small number of locations in upper and lower Sindh carry a delivery charge listed on our shipping page.
