Massage chair showrooms in Lahore
Lahore is the only city where we run two showrooms, so most customers are within a short drive of one. Emporium Mall is the easier visit from Johar Town, Wapda Town, Valencia, Bahria Town, Lake City, Thokar Niaz Baig and Township. Fortress Square is closer for DHA, Cantt, Gulberg, Cavalry Ground, Askari and Garden Town.
Both showrooms carry the full range, including the Preston 4D and Enzonia+ SL Track, plus our recliner sofas and foot massagers. Prices are the same in the showroom and online. If you want to check that a colour is on display before you leave home, WhatsApp us on +92 320 8484244.

Live prices for the four massage chairs most Lahore customers compare. Prices update automatically, so what you see here is the price you pay, in the showroom or online. Not sure about roller types? Read our guide to 2D, 3D and 4D massage chairs.
Covers the essentials: auto zero gravity recline, shiatsu kneading, lumbar heat and full body air compression. A good fit for an apartment in Johar Town or Bahria Town where space is tighter.
Adds a thigh airbag, 2-level zero gravity and 12 programmes. The model most Lahore families choose for daily use after long commutes on Canal Road or Ferozepur Road.
An SL-shaped roller track that runs from the neck down under the seat, with dual infrared heat. Pick this if lower back and hip tightness from long sitting is the main complaint.
4D rollers that adjust depth and speed, with full body air compression. Try it at Fortress Square or Emporium before you buy; the difference is easiest to feel in person.

Our own team delivers and unboxes the chair inside Lahore, usually within 3 working days of your order. Massage chairs are large, so measure the narrowest door, stairwell or lift on the way to the room. As a guide, the Presage Pro measures about 1680 × 760 × 1080 mm in use. If you live in an older house in the Walled City, Shadman or Model Town with narrow stairs, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you which model fits. Full details are on our shipping page.

Showroom or online: which is better in Lahore?
If you are buying a massage chair for the first time, visit a showroom. Roller pressure, seat width and how the zero gravity recline feels are personal, and fifteen minutes in each chair answers most questions. Bring the person who will use the chair most, especially if you are buying for parents.
If you already know the model, ordering online is just as safe. You get the same price, delivery is free, and with Cash on Delivery you pay only when the chair is in your home. Still deciding between the two most popular models? Read Aurex vs Presage Pro.
Using a massage chair through Lahore winters and summers
Lahore winters are cold and damp, and that is when the lumbar heat on every Sereno chair gets the most use. In summer, place the chair in an air-conditioned room, away from direct sun through windows, which keeps the synthetic leather in good condition. Wipe it with a soft damp cloth once a week; avoid harsh cleaners.
Many Lahore customers also pair a chair with a recliner sofa for the TV lounge. Our guide to recliner sofas for the TV lounge explains how to plan the space.
Warranty and service in Lahore
Every chair has a 2-year local warranty. Service in Lahore is handled by our own technicians, not a third party, and both showrooms accept warranty queries. For the fastest response, WhatsApp +92 320 8484244 with your order number and a short video of the issue.
