All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. Return and/or refund is allowed only to certain conditions such as follows:

•Manufacturing defect and/or in case of damage during delivery.

•The product is found to be defective and/or damaged by our technical experts.

The application for return and/or refund of manufacturing defect and/or delivery damage should be submitted within 7 days from date of order receipt.

The return and/or refund process is as follows:

1.Contact us at (customer care num) via WhatsApp with your return and/or refund inquiry.

2.We will give you a callback within 3 working days from the date when we receive your request.

3.If the product is defective in issue, we will organize our technician team for on-site inspection and we shall reschedule a date to pick up if it is discovered to be defective by our technician and after approval of the return/refund request by management.

4. After approval, we shall arrange a date to pick up the product from you.

5. It will be 14 working days before the refund is made and the day should be counted from the date when the return item is picked up.

6. Sereno may refuse to accept any inconsiderate or unreasonable return and/or refund. All request for return and refund shall be granted.
