5. Refund Timeline:
   Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Sereno Life reserves the right to decline any unreasonable or invalid return or refund requests.

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return or refund.

• Refunds will be made only through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
