The Presage Pro massage chair is the model our customers choose most often. Below, we explain why, but also where it is not the right choice, so that you can decide whether it suits your home.

Quick answer: the Presage Pro is our most popular massage chair. It adds a second zero gravity level, thigh airbags, 12 automatic programmes and Bluetooth to the core features of a full body chair. At the time of writing (October 2026) its sale price on our website is Rs. 163,999. It suits daily family use; consider the Enzonia+ if you need glute coverage.

Because this is our own product, we have kept to features you can check on the product page or in our showrooms rather than claims you cannot verify.

Key features

• 2-level zero gravity: a gentle first level and a deeper second level, chosen with one button.
• 12 automatic programmes: including comfort, relaxing, energy, sleep, spa and a gentle cinema mode for use while watching TV.
• Thigh airbags: added to the full body airbag system, which also covers the shoulders, arms, hips, calves and feet.
• Lumbar heat: gentle warmth on the lower back during the session.
• Shiatsu rollers on an S-track from the neck to the lower back.
• Extendable footrest with foot rollers, Bluetooth speakers and an LCD remote.
• Colours: black and beige.

Full dimensions, power rating and current price are listed on the product page.

Why the 2-level zero gravity matters

In a family, users often prefer different recline depths. Older parents tend to find the first level more comfortable; younger users often prefer the deeper second level. Having both means the chair can be shared without anyone having to compromise. Our zero gravity guide explains what the position does.

Why thigh airbags matter

Long hours of sitting at a desk or in a car leave the thighs and hips tight, an area many chairs do not reach. The thigh airbags apply rhythmic compression to the upper legs, which many users find relieves the heavy, stiff feeling after a long day.

Who the Presage Pro suits

• Families who will share one chair every day.
• Desk workers and commuters who want full body coverage including the thighs.
• Buyers who want more programmes and comfort features than an entry-level chair, at a mid-range price.

Who should consider a different model

If your main discomfort is in the glutes and hips, the S-track will not reach far enough; the Enzonia+ SL Track continues under the seat. If you want the most natural-feeling massage for daily use over many years, the Preston 4D adds variable speed and rhythm. If budget is the main concern, the Aurex covers the essentials for less.

Presage Pro compared with the Aurex

Both chairs share zero gravity, 3D shiatsu rollers, an S-track and lumbar heat. The Presage Pro adds the second zero gravity level, thigh airbags, a wider range of programmes and Bluetooth audio. Our Aurex vs Presage Pro comparison covers the differences in detail.

The 12 programmes in practice

The programmes are grouped by purpose, so you choose by how you feel rather than by technical setting:

• Comfort for general relaxation after a normal day.
• Relaxing for a slower, calmer session in the evening.
• Energy for a firmer, livelier massage, often used in the morning.
• Sleep for a gentle session before bed.
• Spa for a fuller, more intensive session when you have more time.
• Cinema for a light background massage while watching TV.

Most owners settle on two or three favourites within the first week.

Placing the Presage Pro

Choose a level spot near a wall socket, away from direct sunlight and heaters. Allow about 25 to 35 cm behind the chair for the recline, and space in front for the extendable footrest. Measure doors, stairs and lifts on the way in before delivery day.

The first week

Start with the Comfort or Relaxing programme at a low intensity for ten to fifteen minutes. Try the first zero gravity level before the second. Increase the intensity gradually over the first week. Mild muscle tenderness in the first days is normal; sharp pain is not.

Common mistakes

• Going straight to the second zero gravity level for an older user.
• Choosing the Energy programme late at night instead of Sleep or Relaxing.
• Expecting the S-track to reach the glutes; that needs an SL-track.

Value for a family

The Presage Pro costs more than the Aurex, but its extra recline level, thigh airbags and programme range are most useful when several people share the chair. For a household where three or four people use it every evening, the difference in price is small per session.
